- Obtaining a medical lien from the patient and submitting to the attorney who is representing the patient.
We work with the patient:
NewGen Physical Therapy will be in contact with the patient, assuring accurate and complete payment of their claims. The patient will assume responsibility for completion of the insurance company requests and if any further information is required but the patients attorney. The patient is responsible for notifying NewGen Physical therapy in any changes or amendments to attorney or insurance.
While working with NewGen Physical Therapists, we will make sure you receive superb care from our therapists. NewGen Physical Therapists are outstanding therapists who will aid you in pain relief, and return patients to their original functional levels.
NewGen Physical Therapy will work with you and appease your worries about costs, and we will coordinate everything with you, your insurance company and attorney if necessary.
